  • Our standard hire period is 6 hours, not including delivery and setup time.

    Extra time may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

    Bonus: 50% off your 2nd day hire if you book for 2 or more consecutive days.

  • Yes. Indoor setup is available if there is enough space.

    You must ensure:

    • at least 2 metres clearance on each side
    • at least 1 metre clearance above

    If the space is not suitable on arrival, the booking may be cancelled without refund or additional charges may apply.

  • Yes, but only:

    • on flat, dry area
    • in safe weather conditions

    They cannot be set up on slopes or wet ground.

  • For safety, bouncy castles must not be used in rain or strong winds (over 28 km/h).

    If unsafe weather prevents use, you will be offered a credit valid for 12 months (see Terms & Conditions).

    We recommend having a backup indoor venue.
