Delivery & Setup

Full payment must be received before the event. We are not responsible for missed or cancelled deliveries where payment has not been completed.
Delivery times are typically between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. We will aim to arrive 1–2 hours before your event to allow for setup.
The setup area must be clear and ready before we arrive.
If no one is at the delivery address or we cannot contact you, we may cancel the booking at your cost.
Bouncy castles can only be set up:

You are responsible for arranging a suitable backup location. No refund will be given unless cancelled due to unsafe weather (see full Terms & Conditions).
You must notify us of any address changes at least 24 hours before delivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
Delivery is charged at $2.50 per km, with a minimum fee of $55. This covers transport, setup, and pack-down.
Distance is calculated from our storage location in Glen Innes to your event address.
