Delivery & Setup

  • Full payment must be received before the event. We are not responsible for missed or cancelled deliveries where payment has not been completed.
  • Delivery times are typically between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. We will aim to arrive 1–2 hours before your event to allow for setup.
  • The setup area must be clear and ready before we arrive.
  • If no one is at the delivery address or we cannot contact you, we may cancel the booking at your cost.
  • Bouncy castles can only be set up:
    • on a flat, dry surface
    • in safe weather conditions (no heavy rain or strong winds over 28 km/h)
  • You are responsible for arranging a suitable backup location. No refund will be given unless cancelled due to unsafe weather (see full Terms & Conditions).
  • You must notify us of any address changes at least 24 hours before delivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
  • Delivery is charged at $2.50 per km, with a minimum fee of $55. This covers transport, setup, and pack-down.
  • Distance is calculated from our storage location in Glen Innes to your event address.
