  • Our themed bouncy castles range in size, requiring a minimum of 2 metres of space on each side of the castle and 1 metre clear space above the castle. This is to ensure no damage to properties, access to set-up and pack-down, and for the air blower to effectively inflate the bouncy castle.

    For our Soft Play, we recommend a minimum of 25m2 - 48m2 of space depending on package selected. Soft play sets that include a bouncy castle require an additional 9m2.

    If we must climb up stairs, is tricky for us to access the event, or there’s no nearby parking for our large vehicles, you must contact us before booking. This could impact on setting up time, requiring more staff and may incur a fee or refusal of delivery with no refund. Read our full Terms and Conditions before booking.

    • Soft Play – Strictly for children aged 8 & under.
    • Bouncy Castles – All ages – No more than 8 - 10 people at a time.
    • To ensure safe play, adult supervision is ALWAYS required.

  • A 50% non-refundable Down Payment of the total booking amount is due upon completion of your booking. The payment will secure requested items for your exclusive use on the booked date.

    A 25% Security Deposit of total booking order is required to cover but is not limited to damage, lost or stolen equipment. This is due no later than 7 days before the booking date. Read our Terms and Conditions for further information.

  • We’ll arrive 1 – 2 hours prior to your event start time to set-up. After four hours of bouncy about we’ll return to collect our equipment.

  • Our preferred location for installation is indoors at a venue, hall, or large home. The benefit of this is – rain or shine – your event will go ahead.

    We can set-up outdoors on dry ground for our Soft Play and Bouncy Castles – grass only, in fine weather, but highly recommend a wet weather back up venue. As we’ve reserved our equipment for your exclusive use on that date, we don’t offer refunds if it rains or is too windy on the day. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • Before attaching or making alterations to any hired equipment (example: balloons, fishing wire, vinyl stickers) you will need permission to do this.
